Betonred.com frozen account with 1,4million NOK

Hello guys!

A friend of mine won 1,4million nok on betonred.com
Now they have frozen his account and wont let him cashout.
Does anyone know what to do? or can help in any way? 
He was already verified and has played there before and cashed out.
Appreciate all the help we can get.

 
It`s when the amounts get big that we see the difference between good and bad casinos. Never had any experience with this specific one, but I checked and they have Curacao license and low withdrawal limits. Even if your friend had done everything correct with KYC, T&C etc, would it take him nearly a year to withdraw all his funds (unless hi is a VIP).

Tell your friend to register a account here. Easier to get help if he could give all the details.

 
The casino is owned by Uno Digital Media B. V.   They also own Nine Casino, Cryptoleo and a few others, all of which look the same, which screams shadyasfcuk.

These Curacao casinos are terrible licences with little or no comeback when you get to complaints stage.   Still and all, if he gets no joy he can make a complaint against that master licence (157147) with Curaçao eGaming.

Good casino, they should payout but as someone else said as it's a massive amount, you would only be able to withdraw their monthly limits.

Used them before with no issues and quick withdrawals.
