Hi all,
We’re the newest-listed casino on here, so we figured we’d give a bit of an introduction on ourselves. Together with the team we launched the arcanebet casino in 2020. We set-out on a journey that in the first two years can be summarized in one sentence: do the basic things right.
Having a Curacao license, we knew we were embarking on something that would be a little bit of an uphill battle, given the negative perception some of these casinos (unfortunately often rightfully so) have. In this post, we want to give you a glimpse into the operations of arcanebet and how we evaluate our first year of being live. KYC’ing
In 2020, it took us on average 7.5 hours to KYC customers. This is when you count all the hours there are in a year (24/24, 7/7). If we’d only count the hours within our operational hours (10 CET to 20 CET) you were on average verified in under an hour.
Withdrawals
It took us on average 8 hours to process withdrawals, or 3.5 hours within our operational hours. We’re quite proud of one of our members winning 130.000 EUR on Crazy Time and also being able to process a withdrawal of that size, that early-on in our existence.
In 2021 we already saw another 75.000 EUR winner (on Immortal Romance this time around), which we processed in just a few hours as well.
While we do have a withdrawal limit of 50.000 EUR a week per player to protect us from big swings, we also managed to get wins of that size over to players in no time. It’s a testament to how terms & conditions are there to protect us, but that we’re not always enforcing them just because we can. It’s our way of siding with the player, whenever we can.

We have a 15% weekend cashback promotion that compensates net losses at wagering requirements of just 1x, a welcome pack with friendly wagering requirements (17.5x deposit + bonus, max bet of 5 EUR), leader board prizes that are paid out in cash and give-away surprise gifts at very friendly wagering requirements.
