Usually LeoVegas is really fast with withdrawals, especially if your account has been verified properly. You are saying that it should take 2-5 days, that is correct, if the withdrawal has been processed by LeoVegas first.
You got any idea if the withdrawal is still pending on LeoVegas or has it been approved by them? If the withdrawal has been approved, then its up to your transfer method to deliver the money.

Which withdrawal method did you use?

It was bank holiday weekend for Easter so doubt they would have been processing fri-mon this is usual with casinos on bank holidays.

I’d give them until next week before I started to worry. Also, check your junk emails and make sure they’ve not asked your for extra ID etc

No, they did not ask for extra ID..

Like I say. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt until next week as this week had easter bank holiday and then chase them. In my experience Leovegas have always been very good so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Enjoy your trip :)

My withdrawals with Leo are processed in less than an hour. I usually use trustly (bank transfer). Once they processed it, it takes another 15 minutes (sic!) during bank business hours to hit my bank account. No idea how that is possible. I am VIP with them. My bank account is with a German bank.

What you mean VIP with them? I think im VIP level 17 only.... but i think that can not make diference... but maybe....

Have the money left your Leovegas account? If you have it's up to the bank when they will hit your account.

Feel free to send me a PM if you want me to give you a hand as well :)

@AVVA83 i would agree with bigslotwins that because of easter weekend just past there would be no bank processing transactions until tuesday this week. I think you will be fine as you mentioned your documents have been verified. So i think when you leave latvia and return to a place whare you can check things out you will have your winnings and it will feel good.

Also take into account that letsgiveitaspin, kim has said that you can private message him and he will help you to get it sorted out with leo vegas if theres a problem at thare end. Help is here if you need it.

Best of luck to you and enjoy your winnings?.

@SpinMeUp Usually the case for me as well, 1-2hrs from withdrawal till it's on my account. Rizk is faster though, when i withdraw from Rizk it usually takes 1-5 minutes from clicking withdraw until the money is on my account (that's sick!) :D

By VIP I mean I have once been contacted by my personal account manager that I am from now on VIP with them: a bonus, faster withdrawals, a personal contact way... All in all though, they don' ccre aaout loyalty and stuff..

@OP - check the terms and conditions. A bunch of casinos won't pay out more than 2000 EUR in one transaction to a debit card (or bank account) so that may be your problem. You need to ask Leo support about this because I was caught in a similar situation once. I had withdrawn 3500 EUR and it sat in my account pending for 10 days. It did not get canceled, no information from support. In fact they said on their site that withdrawals up to 5000 EUR were OK for debit card but that clearly wasn't the case.

I checked: We can withdrawal 20 000 per months, if you want more you need to contact with them

Minimum withdrawal at Leo Vegas: €20.

Maximum withdrawal at Leo Vegas:
€20 000 per calendar month (unless otherwise agreed with LeoVegas. For example, if you win several hundred thousand euros, you have to contact the casino to arrange the transfer.)

Withdrawal methods at Leo Vegas:
Account cards Mastercard and Visa, Trustly (bank transfer), and VIP customers have unlimited free withdrawals. Other customers get 3 free withdrawals per month and pay €3 for each additional withdrawal.

Transaction times at Leo Vegas:
From the time of the withdrawal request, it takes 1 to 5 days before the money is in your account. The reason for this is usually on the part of the payment provider, not the casino.

Payout time depending on payment method:

  •
  • E-wallet:  0 – 24 hours
  • Credit- / Debit cards: 3 – 5 days
  • Bank transfer: 2 – 5 days
  • Bank check: No available option

Cash outs on weekends: Yes

Manual flushing: No

Cancel payment: Yes, within 5 hours
