Hi guys I played this game a lot over the passed 6 months and one day I was playing £6 per spin then the biker came out with 3x3 mega wild....... and guess what landed in the bikes. So if I’m not mistaken that’s the jackpot for this game? The game only payed me £1920 is this correct. I’ve worked it out one it seems they have only payed me for 1 line. When it should be 20x that! Please help . Sorry if pictures are bad was screenshot from a video I made

i am confused the line pays 320 correct? so 320x20 would be 6.400

You might be right. If 5 bikers give you 320x, then 20 winlines = 6400 x 6 pounds = 38400. I have no other explanation than this.

I've played this game and some other similar games on low stakes and i'm pretty sure that on 0,2€ stake 5 bikers pay 3,2€ = 16 times the money.
In this case 16 times 6 times 20 = 1920€. So I think it's the correct payout.

@£1 is £320= for 20 win lines = £6400
@£6 is £1920= for 20 win lines= £38400

Thanks what I make it to be now the have esculated the case now. See what they say but they take ages to respond aswell. If there was a simple answer for this I’m sure they would have said by now? After loads email have been exchanged. I just feel they are going to make some form of excuses up

I cannot find this on freeplay but I'm reasonably sure your understanding of the paytable is incorrect. 

Accordingto that screenshot you posted a win of X3 10s = 4. There is no way that's 4 x your total stake. I suspect your total stake = 20 and it's 4 units of your total stake so 0.2.

Apply the same logic to your win and 5 bikers = 320 so 320 / 20 = 16 X.  £6 * 16 (win multiplier) * 20 (winning Paylines) = £1920.

3x3 stands for a mega wild so anything that drops ethier side of that is good. If it’s the same both ends that tells me a massive win.

my total stake was £6 so that’s £1920 for 1 line. If you can explain it better for me that would be great I just Carnot help to think they made a mistake. And the response I’m getting from here is 50:50 atm

what You Count is 320 £x6x20 wich is Not correct since the paytable is Coins and not Currency.

I tried it out and your stake is divided by all lines; £6 total stake = £6/20 = 0,3 per line.
320 (pay) * 20 (lines) * 0,3 (stake) = 1920 which is what you got.

A sidenote is that Red Tiger games usually have 1000-2000x max win with exception for their jackpot games.

That’s a bit misleading tho as I thought I was playing £6 per line. No where does it say that the £6 is divided up at all

I think the top win for tho game would be the wilds. My win was the next one down the bikers as per my images above. I’ll let you guys know what Dundee casino say after there investigators

Well.. 6 £ per line would be 120£ total bet per spin

£6 is your total stake per spin, so 30p per line.

If full screen is £64 at 20p stake, then at £6 stake it is 64 x 30, which is indeed £1920.

@Mully ive had a think and at £6 stake the payout of £1920 is correct. 1-Its a 20 line slot. 2- 20 lines times 0.30p per line gives you your £6 stake. 3- its 320x per line for the bikes.now remember its 0.30p per line. So if it was 10p per line the 320x per line would pay £32. Thats 320 divided by 10. Now you have 30p per line so if it is £32 for 10p for 30p its going to be £32 times 3 which makes your win £96 per line. It is a 20 line slot so 20 times £96 is £1920. So your win is correct mully. I hope this helps you understand the breakdown my friend and i hope you get your winnings. Good luck?.( if you were playing £6 per line on a 20 line slot your stake would be £120 per spin).

Thanks very much for all your help and advice on this subject I totally understand where you’re coming from with all your calculations and that what I don’t understand is why they can’t say this to me in an email straightaway rather than waiting over one week exchanging emails between me and the provider
