My friend has deposited and won quite a good amount of money in my eyes anyway around 13k CAD  however slotsmillion taking the piss:

1) sent his documents in 10th January still nothing, also he made a withdrawal of $1500 CAD hes locked it but is unable to withdraw anymore until the first 1 has been approved, I've found their website max withdrawal to any method is only 1000 £/$/euro? :S really?

is there any point of the locking withdrawal feature?

as hes account isn't  verified is there a max cashout until it is verified? I'm so confused at this casino also few reviews on google, I wish he stayed far away from this site as possible.

you can't even set a loss limit either.

Hi themagics92,

I just spoke with our Customer Support manager to understand the situation and here is what I can tell you:

Your friend sent his documents for verification last Saturday, 10th of February, not on the 10th of January. However, since we do not process payments nor verify documents during the week-end, this is why your friend hasn't heard from us yet. He will, by today or tomorrow as the latest depending on the volume of verification or payment requests from the week-end.

There is no max withdrawal at SlotsMillion. We just pay a maximum of £/$/€ 50K every 30 days. What is indeed limited to 1000 £/$/€ is the maximum deposit.

The point of the locking withdrawal feature is to prevent players from cancelling a withdrawal and play again the money. Nevertheless, we allow our players to cancel a withdrawal when the aim is to do a bigger withdrawal. In such case, you will need to contact our Customer Support by email to support@slotsmillion.com so they cancel your first one to let you do a second bigger one.

As per our terms and conditions, you can request a withdrawal of up to £/$/€ 800 without having verified your account. For any amount above, we must have verified your account first.

Yes, you can set a loss limit. Once in your account, you can set it by going into the "Account settings" > "Responsible gaming" > "Advanced settings" > "Losses limit".

Hope this is helpful. FYI, our Customer Support manager just contacted your friend to assist him.

Please, let me know if you have any other questions/doubts.

Cheers,

Thomas - SlotsMillion.

Nice Response but not processing withdrawals or verifying documents on weekends is poor tbh for a big well known casino as yourselves

We deposit to play on your casino . We know you have an edge and that we will probably lose so the least you can do on the occasions we do manage to win is to try and sort everything regarding verifications and then withdrawals as quickly as possible . Noone wants to wait for their money , especially when there is an air of uncertainty about it like waiting to be verified and hoping the casino doesn't make up some "issue" to avoid paying out

I have read whats happened here and i think your friend will get his money. Its out in the open. The reply you got back from the casino was very open i thought. Its a large sum but i feel your friend will get every penny of it. The casino may just turn around and send the whole lot just to get it sorted. This would be after verification of documents. And i say this because its out in the open and the casino will not want to get a bad name. The other way is your friend will get paid his winnings in instalments as per the casino's T+C's after verification. But either way i am confident your friend will get every penny. If the casino gets into some stalling tacticts and are looking like they are not going to pay then advise ( ask gamblers) and get them involved to have a look.but the response the casino gave which i have read im confident your friend will get every penny of his winnings. And i hope he does as its a very nice win. Take care☺.

Hi realagentbearrrrr,

I understand your point. We are well aware that not processing withdrawals or verifying documents during the week end is something we're missing. In this regard, I can inform you that we are currently working in new features to automatize withdrawals, which will soon allow us to pay even faster and process payments on weekends.

FYI, the withdrawal of themagics92's friend has been sent for processing. Feel free to inform us here when his money reaches his bank account ;)

Cheers,

Thomas - SlotsMillion.

I have recently joined SlotsMillion over the last three or four months and had a couple of smallish withdrawals and haven't had much of a problem, but I do find it frustrating that they do a 50% bonus promotion on a friday evening and if you manage to win anything you don't get your winnings until Monday. Many sports events happen of a weekend and a fair few people would appreciate weekend withdrawals as this happens with Skrill,PayPal etc but not with Trustly(which I thought was equally as fast) but not releasing withdrawals over weekends makes this not so. Allowing PayPal,Skrill,Netteller etc would help with slow withdrawals, maybe?

Hi BoracicLint,

I get your point and I agree with you. As mentioned my previous message - we're on it!

However, I am not sure I understand your last comment. We are already allowing withdrawals with Skrill, Neteller, Trustly (which is with 90% of the banks instant too) and soon Ecopayz for UK-based players (already available for Canadians').

Cheers,

Thomas - SlotsMillion.

Just to clarify my last remark Thomas,if I withdraw on a Friday evening with Trustly it doesn't hit my bank until Monday morning. With PayPal or Skrill the money is usually a few hours. I am surprised at Trustly withdrawals being slow as I have heard lots of good things about their quick withdrawals but not if it includes a weekend,in my case at least.

I allways use Trustly, first I make sure that the casino I play on allows trustly as withdrawal, if they don't I won't play there.

For me (living in sweden) as soon as the casino has processed the withdraw I get the money on my bank account (instantly) unless there is some major issue with Trustly, but they basicly never have any issues, can only think of 1 time they have had a major issue.

Maybe something to do with UK banks not processing from 4pm friday until 9am Monday,or related to it.
