Hi all, hope luck is on your side today! 

Some of you might know me from other community sites, for everyone else I just wanted to introduce myself on the forum as well, since we've recently joined the casino bonuses page on Casino Grounds. 

I'm Melvin, the CMO of Royal Panda. Dutch origin, lived in Gibraltar for about 4 years and currently living in Malta. I've been with Royal Panda since just after launch in 2014.

Can vouch that Royal Panda is a great place. They have just added WMS and Big Time Gaming to their existing portfolio of games.

I had my biggest ever Dead or Alive win here and even though I was using a 100% bonus I could cash in straight away and forfeit the bonus :)

Hi @Bendelonge, Leo Vegas did indeed acquire us last year, but we still operate independently and on our own platform with our own product roadmap. This means that we are in no way a copy of Leo Vegas. The website is different, our loyalty system is different, we have our own game providers and integrations and even completely different sports betting offer. Besides that we have no overlap in promotions or mailers, so as a player you would not notice Leo Vegas at all. 

Of course behind the scene we do work closely together, share knowledge and marketing ideas and help each other out where we can, but our products are completely different.

Ah right, cool. Always good to hear then in that case. I mean i wouldn't mind if there was parody between the sites when it comes to games but definitely good to hear that it's effectively independent when it comes to games and providers etc. Definitely gives more incentive to spend the money spent between both sites then. @Melvin - Royal Panda, Why do Royal Panda conduct fraudulent behavior when handling with withdraw requests ?

Why don't you requre all docuements for verification at once ? Why do you wait 24 hours to respond to a mail, then request one more docuement, wait another 24 hours to respond, and then require another docuement, why wasn't all docuements requested at once ?

Why would you ask me if my phone number is still used when I registrated on your site the DAY BEFORE, not 1 or 2 years ago, THE DAY BEFORE.

Why would you request documentation for a bank account that was NOT used in ANY deposit or withdraw requests ?

All it seems to me is that you are stalling for time to get another 24 hours to reply to mail in hopes that me as a customer would get pissed enough and cancel my withdraw request and gamble it away.

Whis behavior is clearly not ok.
