Sportaza Casino Complaint (12k€)

Hi there.

I found Sportaza casino on 9.5.2022 and registered there. I deposited 500 euros and took a 100% welcome casino bonus.

On this day, I was very lucky and won a lot. After the wager requirement my balance was 12 261 €.

Then I made my first withdraw request of 499 euros (they have a limitation of max withdraw amount of 500 euros per 24h, and only 3 requests can be due at same time). Then the next two days I made 2 other withdraws, both of them 499 euros as well.

In their rules (part 6.16) they promise to process the payouts in 3 working days.

Now it has been almost a month since my first request and so far I have received 6 withdraws. They literally keep every withdraw pending for like a week! At the moment, my latest withdraws have been pending over 5 working days.

I made calculations and realized that it will take almost a year to withdraw all my winnings if they need over 6 working days for each withdraws. It just does not feel fair and I feel sad about it.

I hope that this thread will arise some thoughts from other players that may have same problems with this casino and some way help me that I dont need to wait my winnings for unreasonable time.

Sorry to hear mate, that's a classic tactic that the casino uses in order for you to start playing with your winnings still in your account and then maybe you lose that money so you think oh but wait I have a withdrawal pending so I might as well cancel it and play some more. On the bright side you are atleast getting the money although slowly, If I was you I would just wait and recieve the money slowly. I dont recommend you to write to them asking why they are slow with your money since they can pull some dirty gambling addiction tricks and close your account because you seem in "need" of the money.
