Ive been playing on Sugar casino and Locowin for quite some time now (about 2years) and never had any issues untill 5 days ago when they requested KYC. i get no answers from the livechat nor the mailsupport. They froze both sites withdrawals without even requesting KYC from Locowin. Ive sent in all documents needed, and complimented via mail due to bad link that only allowed 1 document. They have notified me that its been recieved but after that its been dead silence from both supports and mail. at this point im getting quite desperate due to it being alot of money from the sites combined, im asking for a handreach here in the CG COMMUNITY, Help me please best regards Prism Quote Link to comment
