Royal Panda - Leovegas group SCAM!

Hi everyone!

 

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding Leovegas and Royal Panda casino, same shit, same group! I've been playing online for more then 16 years and never had any issues like this with any casino's!

This started with me requesting a withdraw to my bank account! They approved my account and approved my withdraw. After a few weeks I was wondering when I would get the money! So I contacted customer support, to ask where my money was. They replyed that there had been an issued regarding the withdraw but everything was fine now, I just had to wait another 5 working days. So I waited 1 week and still NO money!

So I contacted them again, and they told me I had to approve my account again and send my bank details once more! I got really pissed since this was not the issue regarding my withdraw, everything had been approved I was just waiting for my money! But I decided I would just send the details again to get it over with. But suddenly they have a change of mind, I didn't need to send the details again because the reason my Withdraw did not reach me was that I had written the wrong IBAN Number when doing my withdraw. So now I had to wait for the money to be refunded to my account and then I could request the withdraw again!

First I get a email from a Leovegas customersupport that I had to wait for money to be returned before I could request a withdraw, He also talked something about using my VISA card for deposits,  Honestly I dont know what the fuck he was talking about.

Then I get an email from A Royal Panda customer service, apologising for the my withdraw troubles, and they money had now been returned to my account and she was talking about the importens of writting the correct IBAN Number when doing withdraw. (I have never written my bank details wrong ever, since I know the pain it can be to get the money back). 

So I go to my Royal Panda account to request a new withdraw of my money! And then what do I notice, THEY dont even ask for my FUCKING IBAN number, they are asking for my Norwegian Bank account number! (See pictures added) I also replied to the customerservice by email, and since then I have not heared anything from them!

So all this talk from them about this and that and they are just scamming me all the way! I have reached out Skylined here for help and I thought we where getting some where but In the end I must just consider my money lost!

So please to everyone here. Don't play at these casinos they are just scamming people, never been so disappointed I have always spoken good about this casino group now they show their true color! Considering the amounts I have lost to these casinos it just insane how they behave and act!

It's still ongoing and I wouldn't consider your money lost. Just some more patience while I speak with my contacts. Have sent you a DM As well.

Just wanted to say thanks for all help regarding this issue!  I got my money in the end! Thanks to amazing Skylined! 

Still would like to point a finger towards leovegas as a group. This took way to long of a time, and worse part was that even after I received my money and the situation solved, I got an email saying still what I had done wrong! But appreciate the situation beeing solved!
