I have a fully verified account and been using it for quite some time.I am not in profit and have lost but keep playing on it . On 1st July this month , I made a deposit of 5000INR on leovegas for which I was charged 5452.48 INR from my bank account but the deposit never reflected in my leovegas account .i contacted support and they told me to upload proof and finally when I did upload my bank statement clearly with my name my bank logo as requested , it can be clearly seen the transaction on the statement and yet the support guy told me to contact my own bank . I agreed to that as well and spoke to my bank . I talked to my bank and they confirmed me that the amount of 5452.48 inr for a deposit of 5000inr was charged on 1st July 2021. I again went on chat support and told the agent Sophia and she told me that their team will speak to payment merchant and update me via email . But I received no email or any response to my emails as well . I logged in to my account yesterday and it simply said your account is blocked. What the hell is this and how can they take my money deposit . I am looking for help in this case because I feel cheated for no fault of mine at all . Quote Link to comment

deadmanwalking Posted 9 August, 2021 Author Share Posted 9 August, 2021 Hi Hans, its been 39 days since I have gone back and forth on sharing emails with leovegas and shared my bank statement nunneries times which clearly show the transaction on 1st July . I still haven’t got my money back and they keep stating different links . One day they said use the link to upload proof of payment and when I did it , they said upload bank statement not proof of payment and back and forth . I am really looking for help here as this is my deposit money not any winnings that I am chasing . This is completely idiotic on their part that they take ages to solve this and have such an incompetent technical team . I am ready to share my bank statements message from bank here as well as proof . I am feeling harassed by leovegas for my own money . Quote Link to comment
