RTP on CasinoFriday isn't correct (and very low)

Hi there all!

I found CasinoFriday to play my favourite games, Reactoonz 1 & 2 (Yeah, I know!).

In the game help file I couldnt see the RTP, so I asked livechat yesterday:

That is unfortunately not the case here.

94% is low, but for me the absolute minimum to play Play 'n Go on. So off I go and I had a session on Reactoonz 1 and 2. The RTP-helpfile didnt felt good so I decided to check again today, with the help of the insepect page in Chrome (I forgot to do that yesterday). There I saw:

I decided to contact livechat straight away and got this remarkable response:

That is something the game provider handles and if the RPT is slower, they have not informed us. The minimum should be around 94%.

As said, different games can have hither or lower RTP.

So this is your solution? I found this website via Casinogrounds.com, I will put the issue on the forum there, not to blame you guys but it does not sound fair that you guys told me that there was at least 94% RTP, 91% is way lower. Not just around 94%

You are naturally free to do so. The answer we have given you, was that the general RTP is between 94-97%. We did not say that the game in questio, had a specific RPT.

And the whole "it's only a few percent" argument is bullshit when it's $billions$ involved and millions of players every year. That extra $50 loss over $1k adds up!

Are the casinos endorsed by Casinogrounds vetted? These cowboys changing the rules all the time is a moneygrabbing scheme with a "License" meaning almost nothing. Sort of takes a little more fun out of casino gaming :(

I think this comes down to a trust thing. We put our trust into these casinos, the Malta Gaming License or our friends here by endorsing these casinos isn't a good thing if this is indeed true. Back to the old days when casinos weren't regulated and it came down to trusting the casino to payout with your fingers crossed most of time and that sucked.

If this is true thanks for the heads up and I will be checking every slot I play for real RTP percentages. 

I fully agree (although it is licensed in Estonia apparently). But before I signed up with this casino I checked if it was GC recommended, so that is why I joined them. 

Good lesson for the future to not just believe livechat but do your own investigation. Still thinking what I should do now or just leave it.

Or just play on Mountgold/Refuel/Amok great casinos, instant cash outs and the RTP is visible on every game banner when you click the game (Play and go is also 94.5% here, as far as I know only (ROOTZ) still offers 96.5% (Caxino, Wheelz etc.))

I really wonder why not all casinos just show the RTP per game before you click it.

Yep, the only thing I can do is warn others. Didnt receive an update from the casino since a month

Agree, but I more dissapointed in the lack of response on this forum, cause the casino get promoted on the forum. At least it made me gamble free for 5 weeks now so that is probably worth more.

You're right, why are CG and streamers sweeping this under the rug? In my eyes this should be a huge issue, other companies will be fined huge when they lie about things involing so much money. Everyone will chose another bank when they lie about 4% intrest and this is just a small thing? Why is this still a recommended casino? @LetsGiveItASpin @Nick @Skylined87

91% is around 94% I heard from CasinoFriday, so dont complain it is the same
