NYSPINS delaying payment £50,000

Recommended Posts

I joined NYSPINS in September this year deposited just over 2k U.K. pounds. I managed to win £50,000 on roulette. I then withdraw the money in 10 x 5k amounts. Sent all documentation in including bank statements, savings account statements proof of winnings from other casinos.

I then waited a few days as I understood the verification process as I have won big before at videoslots which i won over six figures.

I started to contact live chat as there is no phone number and for weeks I just got account is under review. After that I got a message saying my withdrawals had been delivered back to my account which I thought was odd but that’s normal procedure as it was taking weeks so my balance is £50,000 now.

I have asked for my money to be paid and my account closed as I do not wish to play at this casino anymore.

today coming into my 10 week now I received an email saying that they need an additional copy off my certificate of winnings from Monaco back in 2019 whicb I already sent but apparently in the wrong format but this should have been told to me weeks ago.

so now I am still waiting causing me big depression and cannot sleep because of this situation.

Certificate of winnings from Monaco..? Why did they request that? And why would you have to send that?
This sounds weird to me. Does your country have some weird license shit?

Ding @Slotspinnermaybe he knows what's up.

Ultimately an MGA casino has to obey MGA rules, so if everything is 100% legit on your end, you will get your money. Though 10 weeks sounds like a lot.

Why would you play high stakes on small casinos though? Play on LeoVegas, Dunder, Betsson casinos or something instead, if you do 2k deposits and shit. It's stupid to play at smaller casinos with high stakes.

Hey mate,

I won some money landbase in Monaco in 2019 and then exchange this in the U.K. this year. Then I played with the money on videoslots where I won £140,000 and then started playing on other online casinos.

so NYSPINS wanted proof off the original win from Monaco whicb was the start of my winning process I suppose.

I did send them the certificate off winnings back in September and now they told me today it’s in the wrong format so I have sent them the original email from the manager in Monaco but why didn’t they ask for this weeks ago? Seems like a big delaying tactic to me

If you're brand new to the casino, deposited 2k and cashed out 50k on your first or one of your first sessions, they'll likely spend a bit of time to verify you are you, and that you're not using money that's not yours, and tons of other verification checks.
Anyway, I have a hard time understanding why you'd play table games on a new casino, rather than one you've played a lot at before. There's really no point in doing that.

Did you sign up through a Slotspinner link?

Seems strange to me. 2019 was a year ago. I don't want to make any assumptions about your life, but if you can travel from the UK to Monaco and gamble, you've likely had documented income multiple times the £2k deposit since then. Do your bank statements show a lot of cash deposits?

There is one rule in this business, which is never play high stakes in small casinos. I don't understand why people keep on doing this.

Verification process doesn't take weeks, specially for small casinos because they don't have many players, so any delay is just a dirty tactic they use to not pay.

Also these small casinos operate as ponzi schemes, they pay your winnings with other people losses, and when they are short of liquidity or can't afford to pay, they will drag you for weeks for the most stupid reasons until you lose your money, it doesn't matter if it will take weeks/months. A member in this forum, the past couple of weeks lost 100k because of the withdrawal delay.

Stay away from small casinos.

Explorer,

@Navyboy24 So your only source of wealth is roulette ?  I really wish I could do that.

Are they really asking statements from 2019 for a 2k deposit ? I don't understand why you had to tell them about your Monaco win for a 2k deposit. I  hope you are a genuine guy  but this looks like

” Black money , certified as legit winnings  by some land based casino abroad , deposit and withdraw from a licensed casino.  Now the money is white. ”

I am sure the casino is doing their Anti Money Laundering checks.

I have been working for the last 19 years until 2020 when the covid set in so after that point I have been living off previous casino winnings and savings. Obviously I sent them all this information to them so black money is just rubbish mate I won the money in Monaco at the casino just over 70k euros but this only came from a few thousand deposit on roulette.

All my money is legit but I play high stake which there is nothing wrong with that mate. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose but you expect to get paid out.

just to be clear I also won over £140,000 on videoslots in August and they paid out with a few weeks after I sent all documentation.

well, hope u can afford not to lose too much sleep over it, gl getting your money, have a good feeling about it on your behalf...
Also sick story someone in here wasting 100K coz delay tricks, so dirty :( tried it many times before as well, even only like 1-2K usd winnings, not for more than a few weeks tho... I'd imagine i'd have to wait a long time once i hit like 50K on some small casino skin but blew it so who knows .

One time I lost 1,400€ because of these delays. Felt sick and wanted to send their financial department to some special place. This because I waited a hole week to get verified, besides having a request for 5 days they did not pay yet and wanted me to wait more 2 or something.

royal rabbit, stay away from these scammers small casinos that do everything to delay your payment.

Hello mate! Fudge that sucks. I sent them a message on live support. I told them that staling technique is so 2005.

I also told them about this post, that they will lose a lot of players(old and new)  it happened to me one and one guy here on the forum did what I did for you for me. And guess what? It worked. Got my money the next day.
It’s worth a shot. I hope you get it and invest it mate

Hi guys,

so just a quick update.

I had an email from NYSPINS a few days ago asking me for another copy of my certificate of winnings from my win back in 2019 I originally sent this document back in September when I joined the casino but apparently it was not in the correct format and they wanted a letterhead on this document even though I showed proof from the email address it came from with the managers name on. So my question to NYSPINS was why didn’t they send this document back to me when I sent it originally in September why are they asking in December? Was it to stall again? I finally got In touch with the casino in Monaco so I got a new certificate of winnings from them with the letterhead and email address from the casino all proof sent.
so I thought I was getting paid oh no!

I received another email today asking for more documentation from my win at grosvenor casino landbase and my bet victor account. Even though I sent the win loss statement from grosvenor in October with all details on plus my bank statement showing the money going in. The bet victor was a £3000 deposit then I withdrew the next day as I didn’t want to go through the verification and you can see this on my bank statement money going out my account then going back in. Luckily today I got a statement from betvictor showing this information.

this has been a disaster from the start with NYSPINS.

I will keep you updated on what’s happening but this has been a journey for me

Good luck, i have in this year withdrawn 2k from NYSPINS and i think one of their sister sites, on the first day i opened it (think i deposited only like 200£) and i got a text afew hour later saying it was accepted and in my bank the next day. I know we are talking about way bigger amount here but just trying to give you a little confidence they ain't THAT bad as far as smaller withdrawals. Also i didn't need to send any verification of any sort.

They are very unlikely to do it if you deposit massive sums and lose it all. That's the problem.

They are doing everything they can and cant aperantly for you to gamble that money away in that same shity dirty casino. Dont ever play in small casinos couze youl get this everytime lolz. Well best of luck and a ton of patience.

Dear guys,

just to update everyone I am still waiting on my withdrawals £50,000

this was part of the email I received a week ago!

Firstly, we would like to reassure you that we are as keen to bring this matter to a satisfactory resolution as you are, and are in no way attempting to engineer or contrive a delay to the settlement of your winnings. As a reputable UK licensed operator, however, there are a number of regulatory checks we are obligated to complete before we are able to complete the withdrawal process, one of which is establishing the provenance or origin of any funds deposited and played with us. We understand that this process can be both an inconvenience and intrusive, and whilst we appreciate and empathise with your frustration, unfortunately, any attempt on our part to circumvent or take a light-touch approach to these regulatory checks would constitute a breach of our operating licence conditions. In the interests of transparency please find here a link to the Gambling Commission’s most recent guidance in this matter: https://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/PDF/AML/Prevention-of-Money-Laundering-and-Combating-the-Financing-of-Terrorism-5th-Edition.pdf

Secondly, whilst we appreciate that you have already provided us with a significant amount of information in relation to your historic and current circumstances there are unfortunately just a few small points where we need your assistance in order to be able to show the regulator that we have completed all of the necessary checks as required by law. As stated above our licence obligations require us to establish the provenance of any funds deposited and played with us. In most cases, this would usually be salary or another clearly identifiable source of income, however in your case you have advised us that your account is funded by winnings from other gambling activities not linked to salary or another identifiable source, but instead from a large casino win over a year ago. Whilst this in itself is not an issue, we are still required to conduct sufficient checks so as to be able to establish the source of the funding for this initial gambling activity which has formed the basis of your more recent play with us.

so this was part of the email I got they asked a few more questions including a tax rebate for £200 plus pay slips back from 2019 even though the money I used on NYSPINS was winnings from 2020 on other online casinos.

they have a assured me that they are not delaying but my question to them why they keep asking me for more information which is fine but I have explained the whole process from winning my money in 2019 to today’s date plus when I email them something which they have asked for why is it taking them over a week to get back to me? Surely I should be a priority now after 14 weeks.

I am truly disappointed

After 14 weeks I would be tempted to tell them to put up or shut up and pay you.

If they come back asking for more information tell them you have supplied enough to show the source of funds and to either pay you or submit a SAR if they feel the funds you used were not legitimate.
