Withdrawal issues Nitro Casino

I contacted a several times the support desk and the live chat. Im experiencing a lot of problems with my withdrawels.

Last week i submitted my second withdraw and im still waiting for my payments. Two times approved by mail but next day received a mail that withdraw failed. Reason, failure caused by Trustly.

Asking the support desk and live chat, they can't help me further and gave standard answers such as, its taking op tot 72 hours before withdraw will be approved (it looks that they don't want to help me further).

Today, again a problem, my withdraw of 4000,- cancelled, reason failure trustly.

In total i have 8K what i want to withdraw (yes, i know about the 5K rule, so i want to spread in two times)

Tried 5 minutes ago to place a new withdraw but im receiving a error.

Again, more problems and still no change to payment.

Compliments for the live chat, they are always very friendly. But they won't to discuss my problems with paymeng department. I need to try it again and again and again 🙂

Kind Regards,

Bart

Update:

Yesterday discussed above withdrawal issue (withdrawal failed seven times i a row) with the customer support again. They can't give me any transfer ID of the payments made by trustly.

Solution, i need to submit a new withdrawal, if that fails again, the payment department will make manually a bank transfer (after sharing a bank statement).

Yesterday submitted a new withdrawal request, normally it will take 24 hours before i receive a approval by mail. But not this time, expect they will let me wait for 72 hours and then another 1 - 5 days for the bank transfer arrived.

Conclusion, im not expecting they will solve the withdrawel issue and they are never paying my winnings.

Only stall time and more time.

Im not playing again and im not cancelling the withdrawals

Has anyone a good advice for me?

Hello Bart,

This is a verry uncommen issue I have not experienced with trustly, but I can guarantee you, that you will be paid eventually, what stalling tactic they use they have to pay you! Don't let them trick you in to all the stall tactics or errors. Just hold the balance don't ever think to play some, and if you really really wanna play go play somewhere else and do not touch the balance on nitro at all.

They have a license under MGA, and you should be able to fill a complaint if you want to take further steps on them trough askgamblers, but if so keep the complaint nice and only with facts and if you have screenshot of the errors and fails send them with. I know some on this forum don't like askgamblers but so far all my complaints I ever had with casinos been solved trough askgamblers so maybe I'm just lucky or coming always with straight facts and details. But I'm also sure that the REP from nitro casino on Casinogrounds is capable of solving the issue with you. Give it some more time mate I can imagine it's really frustrating!

I tell you this to not make you think different about getting paid, because they have to, wish you all the luck and try to stay positive!
