Casumo closed my account

So after sending documents in, Casumo decided to close my account. I had £1,010 in pending withdrawals, they sent me an email to say they would send any remaining balance to my bank. I’m not sure if they mean cash balance I had or withdrawals I had pending. They have sent me two £30 withdrawals only so far. 
 

Has anyone had this issue too and did you receive all your withdrawals? I’m just worried as I can’t access my account to see them and don’t have any screenshots/evidence of them.
