Ghesous Posted 5 July, 2020 Share Posted 5 July, 2020 I’ve been playing a mobile game on the side. Within the game you can watch ads to shorten upgrade time or get resources. Since an week or 2 they show ads of people winning HUGE on a mobile application. What they also do is use content of “famous” streamers. They show clips of Letsgiveitaspin with Maya, slotspinner with his girl, etc.. while they win over 100k. Don’t think it is legal but I’m sure the streamers don’t wan’t their name connected to it. Mby you guys could “go after it”? And yeah, I know my streamers Link to comment
LetsGiveItASpin Posted 6 July, 2020 Share Posted 6 July, 2020 I've never heard of this bullshit app and I'm unsure how to go after them, maybe possible if we knew the name of the company behind it? Link to comment

BoracicLint Posted 6 July, 2020 Share Posted 6 July, 2020 Would it not be Youtube who is allowing this,or Twitch and saying 'it's a public broadcast so it's free to use?' Just playing Devil's Advocate here and not saying I support it, but just looking at how they may defend using the footage. Link to comment
Teamkayenne Posted 11 July, 2020 Share Posted 11 July, 2020 This has been happening for more than 1 year. I have personally witnessed 2 streamers. Link to comment
