Dont play on Justspin (they didnt let me cash out after several attempts)

Im a long time gambler at online casinos, its fun i enjoy it but i realize it quickly can become a problem for me. Ive developed a good strategy though.

When i feel im becoming a little too crazy with the gambling, i cash out, self exclude and wait the period before i return. It has worked great on all sites ive used and i still enjoyed gambling to this day.

My problem:

I had winnings on justspin.com i felt i was growing a little to "cocky" and decided "Come on boy, cash out and self exclude!", so i started the cashout process.

As we all know it can take time to verify identity and payments, but i handled it pretty well. and i cashed out. it was confirmed. One week later the funds returned to the justspin.com account. I couldnt believe it, contacted support and got some weird answers such as, use skrill instead and deposit before withdrawing #weirdrequests?.  Anyways i try skrill, and it happens again. thats about 2 weeks trying.

Now as i wrote before my strategy is always cash out when i feel like i am getting a little too gambling addictive. This site simply wouldnt let me! I start gambling and win twice the amount and decide again to try to cash out. The site wouldnt let me.. i lose half the winnings, try to cash out, site wont let me.

During this period im constantly in contact with support, they are telling me to keep trying and wanna compensate my losses of 1300 € with.. 50 freespins worth 1€ #lol.

The site says in its own rules that the responsibility of cashouts and payments are to the casino. And well they had done some major mistakes with my account it seems.

I keep playing. i win back my losses and more. I try to cash out. It doesnt work. I become so frustrated and angry while all the time trying to cash out and contact support etc that i make huge mistakes and go for big bets in stupid places.

Boom ive lost my big winnings... Now i agree that this isnt the casinos fault in its entirety, i did play these credits away. But if i had been able to cash out just 1 time, then none of this would have happened. I would have been in self exclusion for about a month like i always do.

 

So unless this site justspin.com somehow compensates people like me for their major flaws in cashout mechanics then i wouldnt recommend this site at all. I give it 0/10 chance for me to recommend it to any one. Theres a reason many of these sites have an option to "lock" funds which are being withdrawn. Justspin.com seems to thrive on funds not going out as they should and it can be discussed wether this is a strategy they have to make you play more so you lose more.

(i will consider showing pictures of my attempts at cashouts which say canceled behind more than 5x attempts).

This many attempts is more than procedure.. it shouldnt even be possible that this many attempts of cash outs were canceled.. they are culpable in strategically hindering me from cashing out. Its their responsibility to fix this.

Since your deposit was made with a Credit Card, you were advised to request a withdrawal through a wire transfer. Unfortunatley, the wire transfer returned to us, reason why you were advised to use Skrill, as an alternative. That's beating around the Bush, i canceled one withdrawal but there are 5x which your site "strategically" didnt allow. Try again. Also switching between which withdrawal option i can use is considered a Dick move and a scam attempt at making me use my winnings. Nuff said, bye bye justspin, there a lot of better options and ill make sure to contact casino authorities of this site.

@dinkeydock totally normal procedure at any other casino as well... when you deposit with your credit card, you HAVE TO withdraw back to your credit card again. However, some credit cards don't accept to receive money, so you get the option to withdraw to your bank. If you then put the bank details in wrong or your bank dosent accept the money to receive (happens quite often) and the money gets returned to the casino, that's not the casinos fault, but your banks. Then justspin offers you cross withdraw, since this issue appeared and let you withdraw to your Skrill account. Obviously the Skrill account has to be verified first. That all has nothing to do with a casino wanting to keep your money, but normal mga procedures they have to follow before they can allow you to use a different withdraw method then you used for your deposit. Also when you feel a bit addictive as you mentioned and afraid that you could lose your money before the verification is all done, I suggest to put a wager limit at least for that week, so you can't bet your money in the slots anymore, but still can log in and request a cash out.

Hello there. Was you Skrill payment method verified before you request the withdrawal?

Was it cancelled by you afterwards?

Also you stated your withdrawals requests were cancelled 5 times. Did casino give you any reason?
