Kingie Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 Hello all, I am a little bit confused on casino bonus terms. In almost every T&C you see something like 5 euro max bet per round for the wagering. Now i reached the wagering requirement and have quite a lot of money left what is now my withdrawable balance. But i accidentally also bet 20 euro on blackjack with it. So strictly taken I misused the bonus terms. Now i want to wothdraw my balance. Does anyone know if i have a problem now? And is there a chance i have to pay a casino back for it? Link to comment
Orzabot Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 I have myself tried to make a big bet while i was wagering bonus, after i found i contacted support. They accepted it, and because it was a deadspin they just said dont do it again. But i have also seen many on this forum that has made a wrong bet size and got all your money removed. And 20euro is four times you were allowed to bet, so there is a risk that you will loose all the money. If you got the money withdrawel already then i would not worry about it Link to comment
Tussilago87 Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 if you cleared the wager requierements and bet that 20 eur on BJ there should be no worries since its already withdrawable and you cleared the bonus restrictions Link to comment
Kingie Posted 15 May, 2020 Author Share Posted 15 May, 2020 Yes to be more clear, the 20 euro bets on blackjack was during the bonus money. So not when it was withdrawable. But what i want to make sure is that i withdraw now my money and lets say about a month i have to pay it back to the casino. Link to comment
Slotspinner Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 If you get money paid out as a withdrawal from a casino they cant claim it back Id like to see them try haha Either you get the money paid out and its yours or they confiscate it for breaching terms, thats all that can happen i think Link to comment
BoracicLint Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 I think that all casinos should be forced to set every game to be at its minimum stake when you open it. It is then up to the player to choose their own stake after that. I know some casinos already do this but all should be made to do it. Link to comment

Not to say that they should all give a max bet warning when playing with wagering founds every single time you open a slot just to make sure this does not happen. How hard would it be for casinos to set a max bet of 5E on your account for all the slots when you are on bonus money tho? Link to comment
OneMoreBet Posted 15 May, 2020 Share Posted 15 May, 2020 How hard is it to not bet more than €5? Link to comment

Now if they don't pay you they got the right. Link to comment

If you open a new game and mistakenly click the spin button and it is set to say £22.50,like Break Da Bank is,then its pretty difficult even though you dont mean to.Ive also had situations where I play Dead or Alive 2 at my normal spin value of 0.36 and then come back to it at a later time and it is set to 0.90 or 1.80 yet I never play it at those stakes. Bonanza and most BTG games I play at 0.60 yet they are routinely set to £2.00 when their minimum is 0.20. Some casinos only allow £1 or £2 stakes with bonuses also. Link to comment

I just don't see it as the casino's responsability to keep players from breaking the terms of the T&C. Many people break the T&C's because they simply don't read them, same with T&C you accept when opening an account. Link to comment
