Hello!

So I told Justspin casino to close my account because of gambling addiction some time ago.Now I managed to lose several thousands euros on their sister sites 21 and Nitro casino.I also send 21 casino a message over a week ago to exclude me,but they didnt reply.

Do I have a chance of refund since  they operate under the same license?(please excuse me if Im wrong)

And yes I know Im foolish and its my own fault, but this addiction is very hard to controll.

Thank you!

I would try that my friend. Keep the email that you sent. Contact first the casino that you asked them to exlude you.. to refund you. If not then go to MGA

Thank you for the advice m8,yes I will try this.

Yes sir, you will get the money back. Contact them and give the good news. Congrats on getting you’re money back. If you had of won 10,000 is would have been confiscated because you self excluded to the sister site.

@geggs1 This is not correct unless it's been changed recently. MGA, unlike UKGC for example, does not stipulate that all accounts on the same license are to close with a self exclusion, only the one(s) for the brand where the request is made. So an operator would have to pay a win, just as they don't have to pay back a loss.

Hi Wotan81 and the rest of Casinogrounds community,

Apologies for the experienced inconveniences and thank you for bringing this up with us.

Our casinos operate under MGA's license, so we are strictly following their rules and stipulations in regards to problem gambling. With this said, we do need to investigate your account further in order to give you an accurate answer to your particular situation.

I tried to find your user but without any success. In order for me to be able to investigate in your case I would need some details from you. I have sent a PM to you here on Casinogrounds. Please get back to me when you have the chance and I will make sure that this gets taken care of.

Have a good evening and stay safe!

Kind regards,
Bob

Hello!

I have now recieved a email from  Betpoint saying they will not be able to refund my deposits. This because of anomalis in my registration, because of this their system did not «pick up»my closure at Justspin for gambling addiction and allowed me to play on both 21 and Nitro.

It makes no sense to me as I registered with the identical name, address, card details, email and phone number on all three sites.

Also no explaination why they ignored my message to them at 21.com to close my account because of gambling addiction.

What do you guys think I should do?

Thanks

Do you know what the anomalis was?

They will try everything they can to try and not refund you.

On the other hand if you did win big would you really be so interested in being self-excluded?

As gamblers of course we will try to recover our loss but you put yourself in the situation to gamble - you put money on thinking you could win more. I know it's difficult but even if they don't refund you then you shouldn't be too upset.

If they are just going to give me a runaround I am sending a complaint to the MGA and let them decide.

They won't refund. You'd be better of to escalate if that's what you wish to do.
