Wildz.com - stay away! (10+ days of vertification and still counting)

First the withdrawal didn't get processed. I asked on chat what was wrong, and they said I didn't need to vertify my account (small amount) and the withdrawal had been processed. When I didn't receive my withdrawal I asked again on live chat. They said I needed to send in the documents (fair enough, but they used 3 days to tell me that, after first said I didn't need it). I did that and after 4 days I got an e-mail that they needed the back side of my driver license. Fair enough again. Sent that and been waiting for 5 days, but the documents has not been processed still.

I'll update on how long time it takes. We're currently at 10 days waiting for documents to get approved.

Stay away from this Casino!

According to MGA license conditions, we must do a proper KYC check to clients and it is very important that all clients understand what documents are required from them. It is a very standard procedure, and we can't proceed with payments before KYC is cleared and we have received all necessary documents.  If some of documents are not sent as advised, then we need to ask customers to resend the documents. This is seems to be the case, as currently we don't have any correctly sent KYC documents pending for 10 days.

Any updates to share? I just recently joined Wildz, and upon my larger withdrawal request, I have been asked to submit document verification. It has been a couple of days since I submitted, but alot of information on this forum suggest that there will be unfortunate delays......

@Teamkayenne Its a lesson learn from me. I had not done my research properly through this forum (just joined recently). I took it for face value that Wildz Casino is being promoted on the main casino grounds page as a recommended casino. Didn't realize the extent of the issues until I searched here.

You clearly don't get it, There are a limited number of casinos that offer the games i want to play,  The reason why we need people to keep posting issues is so people can read forums like this and see what casinos are regularly having issues, If as you want people don't report these issues then it looks like everything is good? DOES THAT MAKE SENSE TO YOU?  Wildz is a casino i've been thinking about as i'm going to close my LeoVegas account.

Typical excuse from dishonest casino, using the typical tactic of using a lot of time for a withdrawel hoping some people with gamble away the money before the withdrawel is completed. 

F.ex. on many curacao casinos i can get a new made account completely verified within 15 minutes and the withdrawel is the same sometimes on few minutes before my withdrawel has been accepted even i use a normal visa card. I know that curacao does not have to do as many checks as on a mga site. 

But i am 100% sure that if mga made a rule that the casinos had to do the KYC before a user could make a deposit, then trust me a casino like wildz would complete the KYC much faster than they do now. So stay away from sites like this, do your homework before you deposit your hard earned money into a casino read all the terms and reviews on multiple sites. The casino already had all the odds on their site for you loosing your money, no reason to be an asshole like this site and stall the withdrawel process. STAY AWAY FROM DISHONEST CASINO WILDZ!!! 

And before someone ask, no i have never played on wildz. I am not angry towards the casinos because i have lost a lot of money, actually i am in huge profit. But it still pisses me off that casinos act like this and make people loose the money they won, due to dishonest behavior.

It's acceptable you need to be patient in this circumstance so you can complete the procedure and phew 😁 be done with it.

Alright. Do you bet a donut 🍩 that if you tell me all the software providers you want to play and the criteria you have for a casino you wanna play, I will find dozens? Except if you live in USA or France (countries that have multiple restrictions)

i had the same problem aswell with wildz casino. i was so frustrated. took 2 weeks to verify account and i still cant make deposits without having to wait a day or 2 before they allow me to play with it i had sent them my bank statement, pictures of my deposit method, pictures of id, screen shot of my deposit on my bank statement and they still wanted a letter from my bank. took waayy to long, which made me feel like they were understaffed for the verification team. its weird becasue they let you put the money on but then freeze your account so you cant even play or withdraw the funds again just have to ride out the wait time... not as easy as alot of other casinos.

As @Orzabot stated it's unacceptable in 2020 to have slow verification procedures as well as cashouts. Yes I know "if you don't like it then don't play". But it would be great instead of the 30 online casinos being promoted the 15 at least to have fast money processor and verification process. I think it's only leovegas here if I'm not mistaken

I wouldnt be holding up Curacao casinos as honest casinos and I'd be wary of being able to make new accounts in 15 minutes.That sounds a bit fishy to me.

HI all - i wanted to updated this thread accordingly with additional information. My verification papers got accepted yesterday (4 days in total), and withdrawal came through as well. So it worked out for me fortunately..... best of luck for the others!

After a month @Wildz still has the same issues going on when I comes to processing withdrawals. 7 days but in most cases it won't take longer. The best tactic to cancel the withdrawal, and play it all back in to the machines. It won't happen. 👍

 

I experienced a better time before but for some reason they have been changed, and it's no worth to play anymore. Also because you need to wait for a cashout that long.  

 

Good time to seek a better experience after I received my winnings. 😉

Moritz you are affillated with Wildz i believe, You're a well known streamer, They will never give you grief  (delays in withdrawals) as you could easily criticise them on stream, The average player is in the same situation with casinos that Kim is with paypal (Just as he has no contact at Paypal we have no contacts with Casinos) You just have to accept whatever nonsense they come up with and jump through whatever hoops they want, If you don't you won't get your winnings.

absolutely not the reason, when they were understaffed back in february/march etc i was waiting for 5+ days aswell.

So far, I've seen you are a VIP Loyalty + member that you get by joining the affiliate program, wich also effects the process of your withdrawals. I showed them the threat, they gave me a reply.

They also asked me if I would like to join there affiliation program, no thanks nice offer maybe it's a good offer to get my money a bit faster then a regular costumer, because that seems the case to me when the support telling me this.

Simply ask the livechat to speed up the withdrawal, they shouldnt take long anymore for quite some weeks now regardless of what status you have

I feel once a day to ask how the update is on my withdrawal is enough, I feel that I bother them to much already, but thanks for letting me know how the situation is regarding there withdrawal system.

Other people shouldn't blame you for being the affiliate who gets the money quicker, because that isn't true. You can't do nothing about that, as the affiliate system is handling that way.

I wasn't blaming him at all, When they gave him the affilation they would have checked him out, He's not going to get the constant verification process that winning players seem to get.
