Romeo1991 Posted 22 March, 2020 Share Posted 22 March, 2020 Hi, There. Sorry for my bad english. I made a deposit 600 Euro(6000 NOK ish ) The deposit went through but still nothing after 15 days. On 9. of march. The customer chat are just saying i need to wait for there it-department. Cause they are "trying" to contact my bank. They keep pushing me off and say that it may take some time. I offered my help talking to my bank, but the problem is that it is not allowed to play here in Norway. So the banks try to keep Ive send them copies from my billing account to show them that they haven`t arrived. Its frustrating in these times. I dont have that much money and 600EUros is much for me. Talked to them today, where they needed more info of my account. Getting tired of this, feel like they just want me to give up. Do you guys have any tips? Link to comment
