I was a regular player in almost all Genesis casinos. I had the biggest winnings at Genesis Casino and left a lot there. Then my account at Genesis Casino was blocked. The management decision probably had something to do with bonuses, but where I always received an email, I think they accused me of abuse of bonuses. Well, after I was blocked and I did not get any deposits refunded on request, which would also be a significant amount, I dropped it and drew a line. So several months have passed, I was looking for a new casino, I registered in the cash register and paid several times until I realized that Kassu is part of genesis. I am immediately in the live chat and have told them my concerns, in good conscience and asked for a solution. It was communicated with the management and live chat. I asked if I could use my account and Kassu's management gave an OK, after several days. I did not pay anything in time, after I was successfully verified, I also made several deposits. So now we come to the crucial sticking point. I went to the Genesis website and asked in live chat, whether you could not open my account in Genesis again. Since I got the ok from the management in the cashier to play there, but the other accounts remained deactivated. The live chat neither answered my question nor my backround story, nor did it ask management. Zack account from Livechat closed, Kassu and Casoola Adieu. I was furious in the live chat, in Kassu and I told them that. After several days I received an answer that my cash account remains blocked, decision by the management. At this point I feel really fooled by this casino group, first say yes I can play, then let deposit and verify account, and then because of something lock the account and the coolest thing, is that the bookings do not even give me back my deposits This is what I call the biggest rip off on the customer, and has nothing to do with player protection. I was honest and I am in the live chat. It was checked by the management and I even got the verification, ok emails. I mean if you're blocked from their group of casinos in the first place they have full right to block any subsequent accounts you may open in their domain. Sorry to hear but it's just how it works. Yes normal that when you have a blocked Account nin one of them, they have the right to close all, but it was communicated throug the managment and they said i can use the accounts, cause i asked for a solution right? why they dont tell me by first time they will be closed, why do they let me deopsit and agree with the solution, to let me have my kassu account this is not how it works, they loured me to believe im ok let me deposit and then Boom Link to comment
