Mr. Bet Casino

My mother and I deposited money and won money through my account and my mother's account. The sum for the time being € 44000, afterwards it was € 30046 that we wanted to have paid out. After asking and confirming my and my mother's identity, everything seemed to be in order, so they assured me on the phone and via chat. In the chat process, a "jim" told me that it is not even necessary to say that the payment went through my mother. After 4-5 days, you started asking for proof of your deposits. Which I had submitted so far. As I said, these happened on the basis of Paysafe cards and my mother's account. On request, I was constantly assured that everything was fine. In the emails and chat histories you can see that we were only held up. > When this evidence was requested again after a week, sent > I do EVERYTHING again to support Mr.Bet. All powers of attorney for my mother, etc. In my opinion, proof of a Paysafecard cannot be reproduced anyway. All preliminary exams went through, you could see that in my account. One got the impression of "withhold and reason not to pay". Payments were made through PaysafeCArd more often than through my mother's account. I therefore do not understand the problem. Deposit and gamble, but not win and pay? That doesn't really open up to me. I have contacted the men and women several times and was constantly informed about what is in the AGBS. However, these can also not be correct, since a deposit from external accounts is accepted. I and my mother urgently need your help. It is no longer about € 30,000 but the principle. We would also agree to a comparison. I wrote to the MGA separately and also hired a lawyer based in Malta.

We would agree on a reasonable comparison. However, not to a total of € 690 out of € 30046. It is not fair to accept the money first and then not want to pay out the profit.

Never again

Let us know how this all pans out.

I think you would have a lot of difficulty getting paid by any casino regardless of the licence, Curaco, UKGC, MGA

Whose Mr Bet casino account is it? yours or your mothers? As far as I know know casinos don't offer joint accounts,

Do you mean the money was deposited from a joint bank account, one you have control of due to power of attorney?

Why do you have power of attorney over the joint bank account?

It would look like you are using funds, that are not your own, to gamble online. The funds of someone (your mother) who is unfit to control her own finances for whatever reason. It would look like you are abusing the control you have.

They will just say you violated the terms by account sharing (the casino account).

Just asking for trouble having money go into a casino from different accounts or contacting the casino acting on behalf of the person in whose name the account is. The casino will get instantly suspicious as to why the actual casino account owner (your mother) contact them?

My mother and I made the deposit through their account and my account. I do not abuse anything here because my mother was present and I have a power of attorney.
The casino is based on the fact that the winnings may not be paid out to a third party account.
I don't understand the logic. Can you deposit money and gamble it away? But if you win, it cannot be paid out?
So far my lawyer has managed to get us back € 690. The casino itself and Curacao e-gaming were contacted.
You have to get involved in a comparison. Everything else would be wrong, because casinos that do not want you to deposit from a third-party account block the account immediately.

I played on this casino when it came out and all worked pretty ok. Nice bonuses and they paid withdrawals. After a while i managed to get a top finish in a race of theirs but they paid the winnings to some other user because I had managed to win money while playing the race. After this I closed my account there and I can only imagine it will have gotten worse ever since...
