Leovegas withdrawal

Hi guys, Iv just recently signed up to casino grounds as nick slots recommended me to come, iv had a problem doing a withdrawal with leovegas, i have withdrew £60 through them and it’s been way over 3-5 days and it hasn’t gone into my bank, iv gone through their support and they told me it’s a fault on my banks side as the withdrawal has gone through, but my bank have told me it’s not their fault but it’s leovegas, now leovegas are making me send bank statements in PDF format even though all my verifications have been accepted, I don’t even know how to send photos in PDF as I’m new to all of this, any help would be greatly appreciated

When did you make the withdrawal?

It was Wednesday the 5th, which it’s only working days that count, so it’s actually been 9 days

@jimborin If possible try downloading the bank statements online, rather than taking pictures of paper statements. This way you can download the bank statement in PDF format and set it to Leo, this should sort the situation out if that's the only issue.

So if I log into my bank I can download you statements? Nice one il have to give that a go tomorrow as I have work soon unfortunately, thank you for the heads up though brother!

It's how I've always done it since i started playing. However I can't guarantee that's how it works with your bank, but i'm quite sure with most banks you're able to download them online these days, so yeah hope it works out for ya mate!
