Hello Kim. 

Im a bit sad... I have registered myself on ovo casino with your bonus link and everything has been fine. But today I made a deposit 100euro and got 100euro bonus. I won in totally 2800euro on the bonus money and I had about 25% of wagering to be done. 

suddenly when I played fairy queen I got a massage that I had converted the money to real. Gosh I was glad, then I saw my balance and it was 93euro........ all my winnings was gone. And I thought like when I watch you play that when wagering is done I will receive it to real cash. 

 

I used the infinity bonus, is it something I did wrong???

The chat says that it always like that!? But I have seen you withdrawal after the big orca win etc. so I don't now if they are playing me  it was a lot of money and I was really happy...

@madeleinegr If you signed up trough @LetsGiveItASpin link, and made the first welcome deposit, you should get 5x bonus cash after wagering, that means, if you deposted €100, got down to bonus, wagered it all, you should get up to 5 times your bonus amount = €500.

The infinity bonus does not comply to 5x bonus amount, only 1x. This is written in the terms for the infinity bonus. This bonus is an umbrella bonus, which can be nice if you already lost your own money.

I am afraid OVO chat is right in this case. The 5x is ONLY for the first welcome bonus (i belive).

I have to add, while streamers like @Letsgiveitaspin promote OVOcasino, but have different (better) terms then "his" players gets, i think he (Kim) mabye could be a bit more clear about this. We all know streamers get bonuses more than we do, since they stream, and by signig up with their link, we do get a 5x capping instead of 1x, but "no-one" said that this was for the first deposit only. Mabye @letsgiveitaspin will comment on this But in the end, i think the deals (promotions, giveaway, depost bonuses etc etc) we get from the streamser are very nice indeed.

Thanks for responding... okej so its correct, That i just won back the bonus money and nothing else.

Then i think that the bonus is pretty bad, if I had had knowledge about that it was different terms I whould choose to not get the bonus. 

I just assumed that it was the same, I feel very sad right now. Just because I was so happy for the big hits I got. Damn.....

Yeah i can understand, but your dissapointment is a result of you not reading the terms, unfortunately.

I can tell you the bonus from OVO is both good and bad, depending on how your session goes. Let me tell you how it can be good from my own experience:

I used the welcome bonus from Kim, deposted €300, got 150% bonus (€450). I was pretty much up and down, untill i got to the bonus, and had €450 x 40times = €18 000 to wager. I had some big hits, but was down to around €30 (!!) at one stage, manage to get back to around €100 when wager was done, and voila! reset to €450 in pure cash! Meaning, i could cash out my bonus (which was 150% and really €150 in profit). I did ofcourse play on and had some nice winnings that made me a good cashout, all thanks for the bonus!

Without the bonus i wouldnt have anything. So yeah, i think its better with an 1x bonus than nothing at all, but that is just my opinion. However, if you used the OVO "unbrella" bonus, you must be aware if you win BIG, you will only get your depoist amout.

I've had quite a few PMs about the infinity bonus and sometimes wish the terms could be stated a bit more clear. Usually all Ovo bonuses are 1x cash out if you drop to the bonus balance but players signed through Casinogrounds or my stream gets 5x on the first two deposit bonuses and then sometimes higher amounts on freespins/money that is won through raffles etc. on stream. Some people like it and some do, the key which I try to showcase and forward to people is to play low when you hit the bonus amount as no matter what you end up with after wagering you'll get the initial bonus amount back. I sometimes take the 1x infinity bonuses myself off stream as they are given away quite frequently and it's quite easy to turn them over if you play low bets/low volatile machines but it sucks when you get the run of a lifetime after having dropped down to the bonus balance.
