I need to prove my connection from my bank to skrill. I send all documents what they want but everytime declined. They want to see deposit from 8th June 2019 from my bank to my skrill. I cant do that because I did deposit by paysafecard. I take screenshot from my paysafecard account too. There they can see exactly same amounts on same day June 8th 2019 They can see the money went to the my Skrill. They also blocked my skrill deposit and they set monthly limit for me. Thats not the problem. But I tried explain for them If they unblock that so I can do deposit to slotsmillion and prove connection from my bank to skrill. So I start recording my screen and I show all details from my bank and my skrill. I also send my latest payslips for them but still waiting accepting. One of the biggest casinos and I have been waiting 17 days. Everyday I go to support and asking when that all is over. "I am sorry for the long wait, it will be sorted after this weekend!Again, my apology that it is taking so long, it will be done asap." Sorry for my bad english but I tried my best. Link to comment
