Casumo - Account Verification - Total frustration

Folks, 

I don't know if I am just very unlucky or anyone else having the same problem. I have played on Casumo for over 3yrs now and been verified on numerous occasions each time I am asked. Over the Xmas period, I had a decent run which resulted in a £2.3k cashout, and just as I hit withdrawl, my source of wealth needs to be re-verified. So I duly produce a pdf of a payslip, which is rejected as they deem it a screenshot from my payroll system. Which I confirmed it was because I happen to work for a tech company and they don't produce paper payslips and for security reasons they don't process them down into a direct PDF. So I then upload a full pdf bank statement, showing the previous salary entering my bank account, then get requested again to upload a payslip.

All this has taken well over a week as they say the verification team takes up to 72hrs to process and review each time something else is requested, meanwhile I am allowed to play and deposit but not withdraw anything I win.

If this ever gets sorted out then I am going to close my account on Casumo and never play there again as this whole process is shambolic and it's not like you can easily speak directly to anyone in Casumo to have a sensible conversation.

Please do it, they are supersuperduperannoying with the stalling and withdrawalprocedures. Super bad customer service also. Stick to the big once, Unibet, Williamhill, Pokerstars etc. Good luck!

 

Dont even try to lose it all on casumo, ive warned you :D

I was just about to deposit on casumo and have been depositing  for awhile, But due to recent posts i think winning is not allowed.

Why the hell should we show you how much we earn and from what, They dont show us there statements do they?

I really hope casinogrounds replies to this as they never to jonases thread about the same thing.

Fuck man we just wanna play and withdraw when we win once in a blue moon, Or ask for souce of wealth on depositing and then once sorted we can have some fun, Bullshit.

I agree ^^ i know that im not a damn criminal i got all my deposits from my job sallery and i sent all the info to back that up, They just saying that they are ging through my account now.. checking for what excactly? I rarely play with bonus money so what could i hide from them.

I finally  got this sorted but it took another 8 days from the original post and nothing by way of an apology just a random email saying all approved. I fully understand the need to check people can afford to play the way they do and being responsible but also ensuring there is no money laundering go on but there has to be a better way to handle this process and to give a better customer experience.
