Hello guys need your help if would be so kind , long and short of it used a casino called casino of dreams (broadway gaming ) deposited with bonus , lost , same again lost , same again then won played through wagering and won 6k, withdrew , then two days later played again no bonus won 13k ,10k on one spin on that sixacrobats, anyway cashed out , pending withdrawals were 6k &13k  16 days go by of emails sent by me daily , live chat with rude useless staff every day told withdrawals complete , pending payment, they can't do anything without finance team etc etc excuses different daily so I get an email tonight to say my account has been closed due to breach of my bonus balance rules (that weren't made clear at all) and both withdrawals (even tho the 13k one was bonus free ) were removed ! I have deposited over 2.25k and more to the point the winnings have been taken away for something I deem unacceptable, even if the t&cs where broken on first withdrawal the second had nothing against it ! Any help /advice / anything at all would be amazing if you can help .This money is life changing for me and refuse to go down without a fight . Thankyou for reading this

Right @Tiny133, in order to get the best advice on how to act please describe your situation more clearly.

You said you had bonus(es) on deposits. And you lost them. 

Then you managed to wager and request cashout. - This is the cruical point. Have you at any point broken any wagering rules, as the mail from the support is referring to that?

After cashout, you deposited without bonus and won 13k and cashed the out. - This money had no wagering attached. You should get it paid out. However, the terms state if you bonus abuse that winnings get confiscated and you can have your account banned and nothing will be paid out.

In case you really did bonus abuse, I'm afraid you won't be seeing any of your money.

You should be entitled to some of your deposits back in my opinion so I should push for that if you don't get anywhere getting your winnings.

The Casinomeister forum offers an excellent arbitration service that is worthwhile considering provided that the casino is not in their rogue section.

Unfortunately you have breeched the bet size, by a large amount. Even if you just forgot or hit max bet they can take it all and close the account. 

It worked in their favour, and they should really honor the withdrawal won with no bonus, but because they can (and can save money) they close the account.

I would ask for my deposits back after the initial deposit though. I would think that to be fair.

You should at least get your deposit(s) back but as it's a clear breach of the bonus T&C it is very unlikely you will get anywhere with a dispute resolution provider.
