[RESOLVED] Casumo deliberately stalling verification / cashout process

So i've been mostly playing on WilliamHill and Bet365, recently after watching some casinground videos i decided to give a try to casumo. Did a trial run of 50 euros, got lucky in Dead or Alive and went to 300ish, initiated withdrawal and went to get my documents ready for KYC.

For almost a week, I've sent them

1) Utility bill (not in English, but we don't have utility bills in English, idk why casumo assumes that we must)
2) Various bank account printouts, screenshots, account statements (in English)
3) GOVERNMENT ISSUED LETTER THAT SAYS THAT I LIVE AT THE ADDRESS I SAY I LIVE ( < you can see by caps locks this makes me really angry, cause i had physically go to the registry and get the document(s))
Still, it gets rejected by some ridiculous notions (verification team thinks that my passport issue date is the same as the issue date of the letter i've presented, when clearly they are two distinct things, for example)

Talked with the customer service, still they are requesting letter photo or screenshot that i may have received at my home address IN 2019, i am dumbfounded by the process and pretty much on the verge of abandoning the effort to cashout that money :D I understand that 300 euros is nothing in grand scale of things, but feel free to be warned.

*update, now they are asking for NOTARY VERIFIED TRANSLATION OF UTILITY BILL.
I'm just laughing here, don't mind me.

Hey man, i know the feeling, and i been through that with other 'established' Casinos myself. Totally sucks, and all i can say is they usually don't pull that crap unless they are having some serious doubts about your identuity. Usually when they are stalling, there is some sort of investigation going on.

Don't want you to worry and as far as i know Casumo is great, and will pay you your winnings if all is well. I'd stay friendly and polite, and re-engage with them. Did you message the rep here as well? Maybe they can help find another less costly way for you to prove your details are correct...

I had a similar issue with Calzone, which also left me dumbfounded and i just closed my accounbt. My only luck is that it was after i had already been paid my WD, but just wanted to verify, lol!

Hope it gets sorted!

I pay my council tax late every third month so I get a reminder letter which I can use for proof of address as utility bills are all included in my rent.

Verification can be a pain in the ass and has caused me to rage quit with one casino, in retrospect it was just  been an emo child though.

He means that as he had already been paid his winnings he didn't need to go out of his way to fulfil the verification requests and instead just closed his account.

He didn't have to go out of his way to supply the documents requested whilst having that anxious feeling that accompanies someone withholding something that belongs to you coupled with the slim chance that you might never get that which is yours.

He felt lucky as a result.

The casinos are legally obligated to verify accounts, it makes no difference that that money you have in the account is genuinely yours.

Best thing to do is always get the verification done before you have any kind of notable balance.
