SlotsMagic stalling withdrawal

I’ve been trying to withdraw $252.85 from SlotsMagic since Aug 5th. Very painful process getting verification done. Extraordinarily painful process trying to update my Email address, that involves sending 6 photos of me holding a passport next to my face. Multiple withdraw attempts that get rejected and end up back in my available funds after 3 days. Finally got a withdrawal through to pending last Tuesday Aug 13th via E-transfer (typically takes 24h-36h) I have auto deposit set up so once the funds are sent it’s deposited automatically, without having to accept it. I get an E-mail of support yesterday saying, hi, can you accept the e-transfer please.

I cant accept what hasn’t been sent and anyhow, it would of hit my account automatically had it been sent.

Whats the next move? Does anyone have any suggestions. Waited 7 business days so far and a total of 2 and half weeks since first withdrawal attempt.

I’ve contacted Ask the gambler who have escalated it. What a terrible casino. I normally review casinos before I sign up. This one slipped through the net..

I’ve since located tons and tons of people in the same situation as me. Please avoid this casino. I can’t imagine trying to withdraw anything over $1000. BEWARE OF SLOTSMAGIC.

Had the same problem, the verification took so Long time, that I ended up gambling away 2000 euro. I know they where shady before, but read som good review about them, that they got their shit together. That was  so far from true. 3 hours after i gambled it all away my account got verified. Lol

One guy received a bonus offer for 100% up to $100. He won $4000 cashes it out and they said he’d been excluded from bonuses two weeks earlier. They have some BS terms and conditions stating they can ban players whenever they see fit. Money was confiscated and the $100 deposit was put into his account as a good will gesture. Unbelievable.

I got my money. Tried to close my account but they won’t close it.. Stating that I must self exclude... I never like to self exclude because other casinos down the road can use it as an excuse not to payout winnings. For instance, “oh you are self excluded from slotsmagic so we have confiscated your winnings and closed your account.”

The whole industry is becoming more and more rigged to steal people’s money, or frustrate you into blowing your winnings back to zero.

Glad to hear you got your money. Personally I never had bad experience with SkillOnNet casinos, yes it takes a bit to get the money but I always got it.  Some casinos are slow when it comes to it, however that doesn't necessarily mean they're bad. In my eyes, rouge terms are the key to avoid when picking a casino to play on along with it's license and responsible gambling tools.
