Wildz casino; avoid it!

Hi guys!

I just created this account on casinogrounds to tell you my story with wildz casino and advise you to not play on this site.

2 weeks ago, I decide to deposit 100$ on the site because I saw that casinogrounds was promoting it. I ran like a god and manage to ask for a 3500$ withdrawal. Right away, I try to find the verification section, no where to be found. Can’t put my docs anywhere to pass the KYC verification. I go to live chat, they say that they have to manually put the section in my account, wich is damn weird... anyway, I manage to be able to get my docs there and live chat tells me I should be verified within 72h.

Of course, 3 days later, nothing happens. Once again I go to live chat, they tell me that 2 docs are missing. I say fine ill give it to you, but can you lock the withdrawal, since I can still cancel it, and knowing myself, I will eventually. They say that they cant do that. I decided to timeout my account for a whole week and send them the docs via email.

EVERY.SINGLE.DAY for 7 days I went to live chat to ask what is my cashout status. Always say they are checking it up and should take 72h lol

Today, my timeout was over, still no cashout, no Kyc verification no email. Of course, I cancelled my cashout and lost it all. All on 5$ spins on MoonP

Tl;dr they take forever to process so you have time to lose everything even tho you say you want to lock it.

Dont play there

have a nice day yall

Generally, you should always do KYC before playing a new casino. This removes the feeling of "money in fast, slow out".

KYC is in place for AML and similar reasons and is only done once then you should be good for quite some time. This is required from any license holder.

My personal experience with Wildz is good so far at least.

KYC gets delayed quite long if you dont send all/invalid documents - Agree that all casinos should have lock withdrawal, been pro that for long time unfortunately MOST dont have! - wildz is a good casino imo, these KYC issues can happen anywhere.

Dont get me wrong here, i know there will be a few people perhaps jumping on me telling me im the casino defender again, but i have had many cases where people wrote me with issues on casinos i am playing on stream.
And in literally 99.9% of the cases they have screwed up/they dont have all documents/they never sent all documents/whatever reason. So i might be heavily biased from all the cases i have forwarded personally, and also biased because in the 5 years i gamble i have never had an unfair case of KYC rejected if i had all valid documents or money confiscated without breaking terms.
Havent had delayed KYC either, because i always inform the livechat about the timespan that its due(again important here if you miss docs thats a big problem).
And this is not speaking on behalf the affiliated casinos, i have played on hundreds in 5 years and just a few i am affiliating.

I dont know, maybe im lucky or i just have all the right docs and dont break terms, but IMO on reputable casinos the decisive factor is the player doing something wrong from my experience (at least in the vast majority of cases)

Thanks four your input slotspinner. Unfortunately for me, this is not a case of bad docs. I got verified few hours after I lost everything. No docs were missing and everything seems ok for them lol. I had 2 docs missing and they never told me. I had to ask after 5 days what was going on. I have every chat in my email to prove it. Plus I did send them on august 7.. And for people saying you should get verified before playing, there was no section to upload documents. You have to ask chat to “open” the verification section.

Bro, i’m not asking for a refund lol. I am just telling people what they need to know about this casino. They DO take their time for player to lose their cashout, just like what happened to me. I’m not asking for any pity either, you got this thread wrong..
