zDad Posted 19 May, 2019 Share Posted 19 May, 2019 hi all just a warning to anyone looking a casino offer here at casino grounds . i have used a few links here all have been trusted and up to date. however i thought id try kaboo after depositing i was told that there is no longer any bonuses for U.K customers. the customer service was awful and frankly quite rude. so i requested a refund (not having staked a penny) they refused saying they needed passport driving liecense and bank statement. i realise that this is now needed at most places and i dont have issue provding this if like site and find it to be trust worthy but really? just seemed rude unwilling to help , when i mentioned that i found promotion to be miss leading and false advertising they placed blame at casino grounds feet for promotion not being up to date. SO AVOID PEOPLE and CG if i was you i would remove the link. thanks Link to comment

As i said i have used a few links here and enjoy the site all other links i have used have been fine and i have had zero issues . one is my main site i use now. i was simply warning other from UK that promotion no longer available and that i had a very bad experience with customer service. I did not want others in community to have same exp hense the warning . take it or leave it was simply my experience. thanks and happy spinning Link to comment
