dirtystack Posted 14 May, 2019 Share Posted 14 May, 2019 Hi. This game is bugging me. It has a 95.42% rtp with optimal play. The problem is that I don't know what the optimal play is and it will keep me up at night until I figure it out. Anyone who knows the mathematically best way to tackle this game and lose the minimum? I have a hunch its just to qualify for the briefcase stage, don't bother topping up, then take the first offer. This hunch is purely based on some vague recollection that gambling games are not allowed in the UK if the players skill or intelligence have an influence over the outcome. Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 14 May, 2019 Author Share Posted 14 May, 2019 Hmm, I think the only gamble i in getting to the briefcase game. Feels like playing a dozen in roulette. Doing alright just qualifying for briefcase game on very easy and taking first deal. It case 16 is 2-3 times the average I top up 3 other cases heavy. Link to comment
MrGumbOoO Posted 14 May, 2019 Share Posted 14 May, 2019 Perhaps qualifying on the very easy round first time then topping up on 1 box and praying it misses on the first round then taking the offer. It's a massive hit and miss game, not a fan to play it, but will gladly watch others Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 14 May, 2019 Author Share Posted 14 May, 2019 I feel sorry for the presenters, because the game jumps from the arena they are presenting in to a solitary player only wheel the presenters don;'t get any banter going. Presenting is so much harder when you don't have a captive audience to bounce off. Link to comment
dirtystack Posted 15 May, 2019 Author Share Posted 15 May, 2019 Think I've been pretty lucky, down £0.88 after £6000 wagered. I created a program to record my bets and output them with a rustic look. In this case I chose to have each £4.50 wagered represented as Tally Marks. Link to comment
