Monopoly live/Evolution stealing peoples money

Was trying out monopoly to day and we got 2 rolls back to back but the second game crashed hard so it took atleast 5 mins to get done and we couldent see the board at all, when it was finaly done and we got back to the wheel the host was saying nothing just standing still for a few mins, i noticed the win from the round go into my balance to then vanish again and ofc i contact the support asking about it, they said they know there is a problem with the game, then i asked how we would get the win from that last bonus round and the support just closed chat on me without a reply, they do the same to everyone asking about the it, and it looks like no one will ever recive the money they won.

I hope casinos will open there eyes and ban evolution, if this is how they act and run a buissness....and let it be a warning to everyone in here, dont play evolution games unless you dont mind them taking your winnings away from you.

Today it hapenned with 4ROLLS where we had 7 rolls but we didnt get paid for the last 2 rolls and now we all wait for monopoly to open up again. Go and try open monopoly now. its closed.

this is outrageous. i went to support and told me that winnings were paid. What winnings? there were missing rolls! no video no nothing. Isnt this against terms? Not giving winnings? not showing what people actually won? not playing the rest rolls?  Are there any streamers who are willing to tell us anything? Or is this one of the things were we all act as conspiracy theorists?

I wish i had a video but no luck finding one from yesterday, all i got is a screen shot of my win right before evolution closed down the game....

I still havent recived anything from last night and its now over 24 hours ago, dont really expect to ever recive it
but they really should not be allowed just to get away with stealing peoples win, just imagine if it had happened when it hit the 2220x a few weeks ago or if it happens with a huge win in the future, but still no matter how big or low it is this kind of errors should never happen.

Worst part is it seems like evolution couldent care less about the problems, they dont fix it what so ever they keep trying to get it back up to make more money, like last night it went up and down again 5 times or more with the same errors and crashes, its just not trustworthy if you ask me, a real pro buissness would close it down untill they found and fix the problems instend of trying to keep it running no matter how bad the errors are.

It was also the evolution live support i tried to talk to, they did come into the chat but the second i asked "how and when are we going to get the money from our win" then they closed down chat on me, i was talking with more players in the chat after and the same thing happened to them, they pure and simple just ignore customers.

Yeah i saw that video, and i think alot more will show up, been thinking about doing the same and start streaming i got an account with twitch that is allmost set up for it so i will also try to record when i play, not sure i would ever play games like monopoly again though, maybe on lowest bet to see if it happens again and get a video of it...

I just went on their live chat and complained.  They said an investigation takes at least 48 hours, told them its been nearly 72.  3 days is a joke.  The spins were done, the total outcome was displayed, can't be that hard to see things.  I know they wont scam because its a huge company that is on the stock market.  However, what really lets them down is their communication.  We have received no information from them, no time frames, nothing.  All I want to know is how long this might take, and what they are doing to investigate.

Well i hope your right @nick2price that they wont scam but still havent recived any time frame or any kind of news from them about it and its been well over 48 hours, like you said it really cant be that hard to find the wins they should have a full list of winners that showed up after game was done, but maybe the crash deleted that list as well, it really dosent look like they know what they are doing and the errors just keeps coming....

Just to make this clear for streamers, so they can fully understand the situation.

We land on two rolls.  First roll happens, Monopoly man moves and amount won shown.  It then freezes for a few minutes.

Comes back, second roll made, its a double.  Monopoly man moves, amount won shown, and then it freezes again.

Third roll made, man moves again, amount shown, freezes.  Total amount is then displayed, freezes again, and game is shut down.

The problem is this, we have not received a penny from this round.  We have not received what we won, not even the stake back.  

This is my problem, this was at this moment in time, 73 hours ago.  Been on their live chat multiple times, now have a case number with them.  Every time I go on they say it is still being investigated.  Whenever I ask for time frames, they tell me an investigation takes at least 48 hours lol (now obviously 73 hours).

I know they will pay us for the round (or at least I hope they will!) but their lack of customer service is disgusting.  They tell me an investigation is being carried out, all I want to know is how long this will take.  For all I know, they could investigate this for five years!  If they told me it would take a week, I would be satisfied because at least I know what is happening.

Anyways, will update tomorrow as to whether things get resolved or not.  Sorry for hijacking the thread, no point making several threads on the same topic.

All good we have the same problem and just want the message out there so people know this can happen to everyone, so people know what to expect when such things happen, ive tried evolution support multiple times like your self and they really are no help, tried casino support as well and they are funny enough also saying they are looking into the problem and has no time frame either......so lets see what happens and if there is anything new about the issue i will post an update in here as well.

Ill try evolution again see what they say, i still havent recived anything and my own casino has been telling me to wait for the tech department....gut ill put an update here if something happens.

Tried evolution again and they told me my casino team has been informed about it and its now up to my casino to go on with the case, so lets see if i to will get my winnings at some point.....

145 hours now i belive, kinda lost track by now lol but i still havent recived the win from that night, tried my own casino support again to day both in live chat with no luck and i just send them yet another email, but i got to say i dont think ill ever see the win from that night.
