I decided to have a go of lightning roulette and hit a £3.20 number at 500x. I then played the new Dead or Alive 2 slot and won £4407 during the feature (attached below). I then withdrew £6100 and straight away got asked for ID. No problems... I sent my passport, card used to deposit and a credit card bill with my address on. They replaced saying the proof of address was “poor quality) which it wasn’t. I then re sent another 4-5 document a from credit card bills to my Very.co.uk monthly statement. They replied saying they can’t accept these documents. I’ve then since gone in to the bank and got a printed bank statement for the last month and it was stamped by the bank. they replied saying that my account will need to be sent to the relevant department. 4 days nearly and my withdrawal is still pending. any ideas?
