Ellismason1 Posted 28 April, 2019 Share Posted 28 April, 2019 I set deposit limits on Bet365 and Bet365 removed said limits and let me deposit over the set amount and when I complained they permanently self excluded me as they said I couldn't control my gambling!? Thoughts on this anyone Link to comment
Robert1783 Posted 28 April, 2019 Share Posted 28 April, 2019 I’m in shock bet 365 along with all casinos should be promoting to set limits and definitely not removing your limits. This is way out of order from such a big company! Link to comment
Ellismason1 Posted 28 April, 2019 Author Share Posted 28 April, 2019 They tried to say I'd never even set any limits to which I replied I definitely did but what can you do when your faced up against a company such as bet365 Link to comment
SwallRatchet Posted 28 April, 2019 Share Posted 28 April, 2019 Have you ever been stopped by your deposit limit before cause if so it would be in your banking history (I think) it would maybe come up 'rejected' or something along those line. Link to comment
Nicola Posted 29 April, 2019 Share Posted 29 April, 2019 Have you previously held an account there or self-excluded another site within their group? Link to comment
Ellismason1 Posted 29 April, 2019 Author Share Posted 29 April, 2019 I'd only just set the deposit limits on the Thursday and it was on the Saturday it let me go over and no this was my only account with them and I'm not self excluded on any other site's, like I said I made these limits and when it let me deposit over I was frankly annoyed so I put a complaint in to live chat who couldn't find any limits placed on my account so I was told to ring up customer services who said the same thing and then passed me on to a supervisor who suggested several times I self exclude myself after thanking her for her suggestion but politely declining and saying I just want the deposit limits in place she said she had no choice but to permanently self exclude me.
