Spinia.com is terrible and so is the support

First time posting here, long time follower of the community.

So here we go. Today I made a deposit ( 1000 nok ) into Spinia.com. It all went well and I played some games.
To my luck the BJ table was hot and I won a bunch of hands ( 10 000 nok ). So I thought the sensible thing is to make a withdrawal.

I go into the settings, add all the documents requiured, go into withdrawal, entered the amount and waited.

After a few hours I get a "cancelled withdrawal" mail. I go to check with the support and they tell me I have to make a withdrawal using Skrill/Neteller.
Fine , I can do that. I go into withdrawal, the button for Neteller is not there. I ask them what is up, they tell me I have to make a deposit using Neteller for the withdrawal to be there.

Yet again, fine, I will do what is required. I go into my Neteller try to add money (clicking the money for casino use button), and it gets declined. I try three more times, each time, it's declined. I then do a deposit to Neteller without the casinomoney button, that works fine, but now it doesn't work when trying to deposit that money into the Spinia site....

I contact the support again. During my talk with them I get contacted by a VIP manager (who clearly had no idea what's going on).

Again they try to make me do the Neteller workaround, which clearly does not work. I repeat, sorry but this is not working, can you please help me out.

After a bunch of back and forth it ends in the support agent simply saying "I have told you what to do, now I will close the chat" - and proceeds to do so...

The ONLY button available for withdrawal now is PaySafeCard, so ofcourse I tried this as well, but after 15mins or so that withdrawal gets cancelled as well.


Has anyone else had this kind of thing happen to them? If so, what's the solution here? I feel it's a scam that they allow you to make deposits if they won't even TRY to help you make a withdrawal...

You have to deposit and withdraw with the same method. It's not their fault if there are problems with Neteller.

I honestly don't know where the fault lies.

That being said, I'm sick and tired of shitty support who just reads of a checklist and then says "well if it doesn't work, it's your fault, bye"

 

Anyway, seems like PaySafeCard is working now. Even tho the withdrawal is gonna take ages.

I don't know if you issue is fixed, but regarding my experience with spinia, is that I couldn't withdrawal my money through my skrill account because on the withdrawal page the skrill button wasn't there, the problem because of this is when I made the deposit I didn't save my email that will be connected to the withdrawal page, so in theory you make a deposit using skrill, after that you going to the withdrawal page and you should see the saved skrill account which you made the deposit with. i asked the support to and they didn't know, so i sorted it out myself to save my skrill email again in the deposit section and went back to the withdrawal page and boom, the skrill withdrawal button was back to make a clear cashout. I hope its a bit clear for you because returning money to a paysafe account is not the best option i think. i think you had almost the same issue because i can see the same problem as i had with receiving the money as the preferred method you wanted.
