All my bets for rounds were accepted on these but then what happened is that my bet got rejected and on that spin it hit on the bonus with 4 rolls.. how super unlucky is this and how did it even happen? Everyone won big but I just lost a lot due to this .. Is there anyone that can help with this issue or can I do anything? There was also error message in finnish saying "temporary problem with game server, bets denied". Link to comment
Guest Posted 1 April, 2019 Share Posted 1 April, 2019 as i understood correctly you were playing and you had like a hundred loosing spins and when you made a last bet it was rejected, as a result everybody won except you. Eventhough your bet was declined. The sum of the bet was returned to your account or not? If not then yes you can receive winnings. If not then mate im sorry but nope there is nothing it can be done. Everyone elses bets went through, mine didn't. I was playing bonanza at the same time so I don't even know if I got money back or if it was taken. Isn't that quite fishy? DaVeThErAvE6 Posted 24 April, 2019 Share Posted 24 April, 2019 ive had the same issue and still endlessly arguing as i have video evidence because i record all my game play they are refusing too even look at any evidence i have and feel your pain but explain plz i placed 19 bets not a issue and soon as my last bets get rejected it hit 513x happeneing alot i my self after the endless techincal errors all day yesterday jumping from 4 rolls to 1 i know this happens yes they cannot work 100% perfect but it dont happen several times a hr i am not going to give up im going too keep fighting all the way too the end of the road.... might be pointless but hey i have plenty of time do try may i add my bet did get rejected and still chatted to host live and still watched the outcome live how can tht be a connect error?
