One of my main casinos Rizk i thought used to have a pretty alright loyaltysystem, i got 10% of weekly losses back and if i contacted the loyalty department i could at times get cash bonuses 20-50€, super or mega spins if i had lost a couple hundred recently. But a month ago i was abruptly dropped from the loyalty program with no reason why? i had joined the program at around VIP level 60 or so and now at level 146 they just dropped me, they claimed on livesupport theyve sent me emails about this (they havent, atleast i havent gotten any) and i didnt fit the "criteria" to be eligable for the playerloyalty program? so i asked how much i have deposited just within the last 12months and it was 21,626 euro and my withdrawls are not even half of that im sure, I mean how much more should you possibly have to play to be eligable for that low tier level of their loyalty program...
