They'll update you with either the outcome of the bonus or you will be able to resume it yourself. Link to comment

SirPontusSpins Posted 18 February, 2019 Share Posted 18 February, 2019 Once had an issue on Frank & Fred in White Rabbit on a bonus buy. Got the full amount repaid after confirmation by the provider. Hope you have the same outcome mate I'm not sure what they are obligated to do, I guess if they can see what the outcome was and supply proof I think that´s what you going to get in a refund.
