Afternoon all,

I cannot tell you all how annoyed I am with Casino Heroes withholding my money.

The KYC is a joke I have never given so much personal information ...driving licence from and back, debit card front and back 

bank statement ,insurance documents, confirmed address from  bank and debit card.

And after all this they are still holding my money outrageous I have posted this because I don't want other members to go this like I have its madness.

Nickslots is right only use the main casinos and they don't ask for this much info just to get your money back.

I recommend you stay well away from this one I wish I never deposited and I will complain strongly with logs emails to the license holder for this casino I have never been through this before and i never want to go through this again.

The KYC is in place for a reason. 

The extent of the procedure depends on several factors. 

The more common ones being: 

  • Requested documents are not delivered in an acceptable / readable format
  • Requested documents are delivered in a format known to be used in fraudulent activities (such as utility/insurance  bills, that can easily be faked online) 
  • Date on requested documents are outdated vs. date on request
  • ID has markings / scratches on it that is associated with attempts to manipulate documents (like, partially readable numbers) while it more commonly is due to wear.
  • Several payment methods used to fund account
  • You share a common name in your area
  • You might be in an area or have the same ISP as known offenders (bonus abusers, account theft, money laundering, minors gambling, multi accounting and such)

In short, I don't know the reason why you're being scrutinized other than that there's a good reason for it. It's nothing personal, it's just the company taking its precautions and you are unfortunately suffering because of that. 

Let's cross our fingers and hope that Skylined manages to resolve this issue quickly. No one, and I mean no one likes to play the waiting game when there's money involved. Best of luck, and have a great weekend!

Everything has been provided and then some its ridiculous and now after my latest upload they have failed to confirm anything it is so unprofessional like you say when dealing with money.

I would never promote this casino to anyone and I have had no issue with the main ones its a like for like experience. 

Simply the details provided were used for deposit and therefore should be enough for withdraw back onto the same card you have photos of and more keep on asking seems very dodgy.
