I was only playing on 40p spins and the balance went from £110 to £9.60. Support have been no use what so ever saying they dont have the systems and dont know how long it will take someone from a different department to look into it. Has anyone else had this happen before and did it get resolved? Link to comment

I think their bonus wins cap is a lot higher than that though from memory. Link to comment
