Today I am going to tell you a little story about a Online Casino named PlayClub. Here is my experience to share with you guys.

I had some money left on there, not much only a few euro's. But somehow they came up with a this great bonus. (at least I thought so)

So I thought why not, let's give it a few spins. And see what happens.

So after a few hours of intensive clicking, and switching from slot to slot. 

I managed to complete the wager (it was 50x €25) and had like 300 euros left.

Now they have a small line in their Terms saying "Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins shall not exceed £/€/$100. "

It "shall" not exceed or it will not exceed, there's a big difference. But hey it's all good I completed the wager.

After that the money was wager free, and thought why not give it a few more spins. It's free money (with a little bit real) 

Managed to climb up the ladder to about 1100 euro's. And gave it some more tries until I reached 1000.

Because of this shall not exceed line in the terms I contacted live support to see if I can cash the 1000 euro. And if it would not be 100 because of this small line in the terms.

And guess what.. the live chat didn't really have the answer. They told me it could be 100 but it also could be 1000. It depends on how the financial team looks at it.

That's weird right.. because you expect to hear a yes or a no, and they give you a maybe. (doesn't feel very trustworthy)

 

I told the guy (Daniel) on the live chat that I wanted a fair answer, but he couldn't give me a yes or a no. So I told him, it might be better for me to know or else I will cancel the withdrawal to have some more fun with the money. (seems fair right) 

And he instantly became a bit aggressive towards me, saying that if I would cancel the withdrawal, I would not get a €1000 cashout no matter what.  

Again very weird, you can't tell me a yes or a no. But as soon as I cancel the withdrawal it's an instant NO. 

 

And then there's me. When people tell me things not to do, I always follow my heart and my feeling. And my heart say'd cancel that withdrawal they are going to screw you anyway.

So me not really giving a shit because it was mostly just free money, had a few more fun gamble days with the money until I have reached €100. And withdrawal-ed that. 

 

All by all I would never recommend anyone ever using a bonus/freespins or whatever on this site.

As a matter of fact I wouldn't recommend anyone ever playing on PlayClub.

Oh and I almost forgot they have a 48hrs withdrawal check. (waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to long)

 

I understand if people say that I should've just tried to cashout the €1000, but the feeling with this site was so not ok, and that is why  I made these decisions.

Keep it to the real site's like Casumo, CasinoCalzone etc.

Well at least they have a Malta license, so if something woud've went wrong you could get help.

Also, as you can see the same people own a LOT of online casinos, never heard of most of em tbh but well.

Pro Tip: keep to the casinos that you know, where you already had withdrawals and a good experience

Seriously I’ll never understand why players choose to play at such clip joints. 

Its a global aspire casino, certain streamers have actually openly promoted this shower which is very bad practice. 

There are complaints all over the web. You could try contacting the MGA, but they are known for siding with casinos. 

Alternatively try a ADR service and see if that has any effect.
