I have to say thanks too for being as honest as you were about your gambling too, it's good to know I'm not the only one out there who's ashamed of doing this. I hit it big on Thursday night with a BIG cash out, but oddly find that I'm as ashamed at myself for making £100 spins as I am happy at the win. ( I typically only deposit £150). One day I'll learn my lesson and stop doing this, in a lot of ways I regret the big wins ive had as it makes 30p spins a lot less enjoyable and tempts me to make bigger bets. Mike Link to comment

There is a lot of taboo when it comes to gambling which is why I try to clearify how i think and feel about things, very happy it gets appreciated.
