Hi i made a withdrawal request on the 16th of September and they still haven't sent me the funds.
They requested my card details (photo of back and front) on the day of withdrawal (16th) but then this morning (21st) i got another email from them stating they needed a clearer image. Iv rang them and just got that they are busy with the pandemic. I made a withdrawal request with them on the 6th September and got the funds the next day! Can someone assist with this?
