I was talking to my personal manager name is ..... on both wildz and caxino, I have same personal vip account manager for both casino and I just kidding with him about I’m gonna put bad reviews against him and just send a sample screenshot and they have closed my account under responsible gambling policy bad experience and rude customer service from them there 

I should who request them if I felt my gambling is problematic but without my consent both account are permanently closed 😳 what a bullshit going around 

casino grounds please raise voice again this type of casino 

 
LOL. you threaten  your manager, under the guise of "just joking". and you wonder why they closed the account.

Yes I made a lot a deposit on both casino and just asked to add some bonus and I got upset so I just joked with him and absolutely it backfired like that

I usually back the players in 90% of the situations, but what do you think will happen to you if you go to a supermarket tomorrow and threaten the manager there? I am pretty sure you'll be kicked out and possibly never let back in ever again.
