I create this post to warn you about the site Betsafe, where I won 3000 euros but was unable to withdraw it. Reasons? Well, let me explain:
So, I went over to my friend's house on a Saturday night, borrowed my friend's computer( cuz my own was have a malfunction) to play some slots and have some drinks, as you do, have a nice night. I created and verified my account with a BANK-ID application which binds the account to my personal data. The evening started great, I had beautiful hit on Reactoonz (1500x?!)! I manage to wager the welcome bonus offer and ended up with 3000 euros from a 120 euros deposit! I withdrew the money and the celebration kept going!
Two days later, when I checked my account again I saw that all my money was gone and the withdraw was declined. I continued by asking their live chat what was going on. They said that I had created my account on an IP-address(as I said I borrowed my friend's computer) that already had an account, therefore I wasn't able to withdraw my win. But I did create my account with cellphone-verification(bank-ID) and therefore I verified my account so they know I am living on another address. Even still when I put up all this evidence and verification that I am on my own on another address, they didn't accept it.
This means that you are not able to play on their sites on a friends computer or an internet café, a public wi-fi and everything else where you cant be sure they haven't played with a bonus on their site before!
Sure, I like to gamble but when the withdraw is also a gamble, then I'm out.
