So yesterday I deposited £100 after around 10 spins I got a bonus and won £90 so I'm now upto £187 I played it down to £180 and withdraw but apparently even though I deposited without a bonus I have to wager the entire £100 1x before I can withdraw . Is this always the case or am I correct in thinking that this isn't fair

Hi Michael,

One of the reasons why we have this rule that you need to wager your deposit x 1 time before withdrawing is to prevent money laundering.  I do understand your frustration but this is something that are in guideline with the regulations we have. Our Terms and Conditions are approved by UKGC and MGA.

That's very understandable. 

Just I have never received  a warning  from anyothersites I have used previously. As someone who gambles for small profit I often deposit and would withdraw if I was up by £20 to £30 quid as I am to try make around  £200 a week
