Anyone had problems here before? I deposited on the 19th of december, won a bit and was going out so decided to withdraw. Account went into negatives and the whole account ended up bollocksed after trying to cancel a bonus. Chatted to their support and they informed me it would be passed to a manager to have a look at.
Fast forward nearly a month and nothing has happened at all. They said they have e-mailed me numerous times, only e-mails I have got from them are promotion e-mails. I can't even phone them as they don't have a contact number. Same shit every time I go into live chat, "will pass it to a manager and have our tech team look into it".
If nothing happens by this weekend I'll just contact my bank to reverse the payments made to this shithole. Can't be arsed dealing with this level of imcompetence.
