Source of wealth

Hi I have a question. 

A casino ask me for source of wealth. 

I fill out the form they sent me and attached my 3 latest payslips. 

7 days later I Deposit 95% of what I earn per month. Is there any idea to start a case or are they responsible to take actions? 

I was in contact with the casino and all they did was to close the account. 

I know I got gambling issues so spare me with those comments. 

Just wondering if they did something wrong since they know about my income.

they have a duty by licence espeically in the UK  to safe guard problem gamblers you most likely fall in this category so they have taken the decision to close your account it isn't worth fighting unless your prepared to ask them to put an auto net loss on your account per month e.g you can't go over £200/euro.

Which casino is this btw

 
I think you misunderstood me. I don't want the account re opened. I want a refund of at least some of that money. 

I mean there must be some kind of security system to prevent people from depositing all their earnings.

Sorry I had just woken up getting a refund would be hard in a situation like this because its money you've lost, you deposited it played through it, sent in source of wealth and they decided to close you down, it happens Just avoid that Casino group in future.

Thanks for your reply. I sent in the source of wealth 7 days prior depositing and losing all the money. That's why I'm wondering what the casinos commitment is since they knew about my financial situation.

Here is the thing, would you have contacted them about gambling problems if you would have won?? 

Not to be an a## but I think you would have enjoyed the winnings.

There is nothing you can do except take this as an opportunity to learn from your mistake and own up to it. 

Do not gamble any more.

 
Im not even sure that they would have processed your information in 7 days. That sounds like manuall work so one option is that they still hade that info to process in there system.

But i agree with the rest take this opurtunity to stop gambling, and try to get on track.

Probably not. Of course it's my own fault but at the same time it's a filthy business. 

I think the casinos should have better security measures to prevent people with gambling issues to deposit thousand of euros in couple of hours. 

Anyway not gonna gamble more now.
