Not sure, in older landbased slots there were lots of exploits or  'emptiers' but I don't know of any in online slots.

Although I have read somewhere that on the Netent Frankenstein slot the bonus could be reached by striking some keys.

 
not really, the slot machines and online slots all are rng and you cant really do anything to change the result.. i used to smash the button faster cuz i thought i would win but no :D

 
no tricks, but on some slots you can change the amont of lines you want to play and there for get higher volatility, but there isnt really anything you can do to change the outcome ones you press spin.
